Podcast co-hosts David Gelber, co-founder and executive editor of The YEARS Project, and Jeff Nesbit of Climate Nexus, talk to the most important figures in the upcoming election—candidates, campaign managers, and journalists—about Climate Change, the platforms, and what we can do. On the weekly show, which will run up to Nov. 3, 2020, David and Jeff will also:

    DAVID GELBER - YEARS Project

    David is co-founder and executive producer of The YEARS Project, an educational storytelling platform and media company that is informing, empowering, and uniting the world on Climate Change. He is also the creator of its Emmy Award-winning series The Years of Living Dangerously. Before YEARS, David spent 25 years as an award-winning producer at 60 MINUTES and served in executive producer
    roles at ABC and CBS News. He is holder of 13 combined Emmy, DuPont, Peabody awards.

    JEFF NESBIT - Climate Nexus

    Jeff is executive director of Climate Nexus, a strategic communications group dedicated to highlighting the impact of Climate Change in the US.

    Sponsored by the Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Jeff leads the organization’s mission to inform and educate, with a special focus on finding clean energy solutions. Prior to founding Climate Nexus, Jeff was director of legislative and public affairs at the National Science Foundation, and at  the Food & Drug Administration. He is also a contributing writer at the New York Times, U.S. News & World Report, and other publications. His latest book, This Is The Way The World Ends, was published by St. Martin’s Press in September 2018.
